材料国产化取得突破！招商智翔研制的防滑砂首获PCTC应用

4月9日，招商智翔道路科技（重庆）有限公司（以下简称“招商智翔”）防滑砂首次成功应用于PCTC见证活动在江苏仪征招商金陵船厂顺利举行，招商局工业集团有限公司（以下简称“招商工业”）总经理梅先志出席活动。
在PCTC船见证活动现场，与会企业负责人听取了招商智翔高韧性树脂防滑砂技术特点，实地考察了滚装通道实施状况，对产品质量及实施效果表示高度赞扬，对两家企业在加速推进船舶核心材料国产化进程中的工作及成效表示充分肯定，认为该项目既是招商工业与招商智翔企业协同的成功典范，又是船舶行业与道路行业的跨界火花，更是招商工业推进船舶制造业高质量发展的重大突破，具有里程碑意义；建议双方继续加强产业协同与技术创新，为招商局集团全面加速推进“第三次创业”贡献力量。
招商智翔始终聚焦特种道面材料的研发与产业化，此次应用于PCTC船自主研发的防滑砂产品，显著提高了船厂的材料选择多样性，实现了性能与经济效益的双重突破。这一成果不仅打破了国外防滑砂的技术垄断，还攻克了国外同类产品掉粒的难题，为世界船舶铺装行业树立了新标杆。
招商智翔将持续推进技术革新，全面实现船舶铺装工程机械化、标准化、智能化，以该船项目为起点，加速推进防滑砂产品在国内外大型船舶的规模化应用，积极深化集团内部协同创新，为“交通强国”战略提供坚实的技术支撑。
On April 9, 2025, A ceremony commemoratingthe first successful application of the PCTC anti-skid sand developed by China Merchants Zhixiang Road Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. (CMZX) was held at the Jinling Shipyard in Yizheng, Jiangsu. Mr. Mei Xianzhi, General Manager of China Merchants Industry Holdings Co., Ltd. (CMI), attended the event.
During the event, the corporate leaders listened to a detailed overview of the high-toughness resin anti-skid sand’s technical attributes, and inspected the implementation of the PCTC passageway. They highly praised the product quality and implementation effect, and fully affirmed the work and achievements of both companies in accelerating the localization process of critical shipbuilding materials. They believed that this project was not only a successful cooperation between CMI and CMZX, but also a cross-industry fusion between the shipbuilding industry and the highway industry. Moreover, it was a major breakthrough in promoting the high-quality development of the shipbuilding industry, holding milestone significance. They suggested that both companies continue to strengthen industrial cooperation and technological innovation to contribute to the full acceleration of The ‘Third Entrepreneurship’ for China Merchants Group(CMG).
CMZX has always focused on the research and industrialization of specialized surface materials. The anti-skid sand product independently developed for PCTC has significantly enriched the material choices for shipyards, achieving a dual breakthrough in performance and economic benefits. This achievement not only breaks the technical monopoly of foreign anti-skid sand but also resolves the longstanding issue of particle shedding of foreign similar products. It establishes a new benchmark in the global shipbuilding surface application industry.
CMZX will be committed to promoting technological innovation, comprehensively realize the mechanization, standardization, and intelligence of ship paving projects. Starting from this project, CMZX will advance the anti-slip sand products used in the large ships, and actively deepen cooperation with GMG to support the ‘Strong Transportation Nation’ .
